Our warehouse team at Third Party Pet does everything from pack boxes to embroider custom pet products for new dog owners. This team is a very energetic group of individuals that really care about the quality and presentation of the product they fulfill. Warehouse Team Call Center Registration Specialist Every year hundreds of thousands of people purchase puppies from around the country. We work with these customers to verify that all of their registration information is correct and while we are on the phone; we have the opportunity to offer certain products.

Our Third Party Pet Customer Service team supports pet retailers with customer inquiries so the store can focus on their pets. If a customer has a question or concern about a pet they took home, from one of our contracted stores, we help with all post-sale questions that may arise. This team is a fast passed and task oriented group that has an attention to detail like no other department at Third party Pet.

Our Lead Management Service is one of our newest positions here at Third Party Pet. We are excited to offer to our clients the ability for our staff to answer incoming phone calls from customers interested in purchasing a new pet. Most calls are generated from the store’s website and instead of the calls going to the staff inside the store, our team serves as a third party to the store and an extension of their staff. This service insures that their phone gets answered every time someone calls. We book appointment for customers to come in a meet a new family member, and ideally take that pet home today!
