Nelson James | Talent Acquisition Director
This past December, we welcomed Nelson James as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Nelson joins our organization with over 18 years of Talent Acquisition Experience, 12 of which was spent in leadership within a Fortune 40 Telecommunications company.
Nelson’s previous successes involving restructuring recruiting processes to algin with the ever-changing economic and generational talent market will be critical in his primary goal here at TPP. His main focus is enhancing TPP’s overall recruiting process to increase onboarding talent as well as aligning our recruitment and future growth strategies.
Amado Perez | Sr. Sales Manager (Lead Management)
Amado Perez joined TPP in October as a Senior Sales Manager with over 12 years of call center environment experience, the last 10 of which was in a leadership role focused on successful onboarding of key clients. Amado’s emphasis on employee development and driving a sense of urgency regarding action plans for areas of opportunities makes him a great fit for our TPP culture!
Amado’s primary focus will be the Lead Management Team, working alongside our training department to streamline process and ensure our employees are will equipped with the information and resources needed to successfully take care of our clients and their consumers. We look forward to his additions to the management team!
