Mike launched TPP in 2011 as an accomplished business owner and consultant with sought-after expertise in the American pet industry. As TPP’s Chief Executive Officer, Mike oversees TPP’s corporate strategy as well as our Executive Management Team. In addition to his work with TPP, he is heavily involved in several organizations within the pet industry and community, leading him to be named one of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce’s “Top Four Under 40” in 2017. Internally however, he is known for rocking the best sock collection in all of TPP!

Brian Lett

Chief Commercial Officer

Brian brings over a decade of experience in effective sales management to our Third Party Pet team. Brian demonstrates great vision in his role as he strives to help both his clients, and his team, achieve their goals and push for continuous success. In his role at TPP, Brian is responsible for overseeing our Client Relations Team through the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategy. When he’s not busy supporting his team, Brian is a dedicated family man, constantly learning and growing with his wife and three children.

Chief Furry Officer

As TPP’s fluffiest team member, Bruno makes endless contributions to the success of our organization. From running quality assurance on the office snack supply, to monitoring KPIs such as pets per day and cuddle time minimums, his work is never done. Outside of his work with TPP he can be found hanging out with his best friend Joe, stealing shoes, and holding down the couch to make sure it doesn’t move.

Craig Dumstorff

Vice President of IT

Craig joined the TPP team with over 15 years of progressive experience in the IT and enterprise strategy and solution design fields. Upon meeting Craig, it is clear to see that he is a visionary, results-driven, senior technology leader. Through his role with TPP, Craig oversees the IT team and overall development initiatives that drive our comprehensive IT strategy. In addition to his time here with us, Craig is also a sports and fitness nut, having formerly played semi-pro football for the Arizona Wranglers.

Michael Verissimo

Vice President of Strategic Financial Analysis

Mike displays a proven track record in sales operations and management. He brings vast experience in directing complex initiatives to drive revenue and profitability and re-engineering internal processes for cost reduction and efficiency to our TPP team. Mike’s responsibilities include managing TPP financials, data and sales analytics, budget management, tracking KPIs and beyond. Away from his role with TPP, Mike enjoys diving into new home improvement projects as well as telling the best jokes around!

Michael Kalck

Director of Fulfillment

Mike brings extensive experience providing transformational outcomes and measurable results in retail distribution, e-commerce, fulfillment, network design and optimization to his role at TPP. He works diligently to enhance the Distribution Center’s culture, mission and values, while providing outstanding customer and client service, all within a “safety first” environment. In addition to his success within TPP, Mike has made impressive strides in the local fundraising community, with his family raising over $100,000 to support the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance.

Dana Yake

Director of Marketing

Dana brings over ten years of marketing, communications, public relations and strategic planning experience to Third Party Pet, with a proven track record in franchise marketing. Through her role with TPP she is focused on promoting and advancing our marketing strategy and vision while implementing communication initiatives that positively impact both our internal teams and our valued clients. When away from her desk, Dana enjoys spending her free time in the great outdoors-hiking, camping and exploring with her family!
