Mike launched TPP in 2011 as an accomplished business owner and consultant with sought-after expertise in the American pet industry. As TPP’s Chief Executive Officer, Mike oversees TPP’s corporate strategy as well as our Executive Management Team. In addition to his work with TPP, he is heavily involved in several organizations within the pet industry and community, leading him to be named one of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce’s “Top Four Under 40” in 2017. Internally however, he is known for rocking the best sock collection in all of TPP!
As TPP’s fluffiest team member, Bruno makes endless contributions to the success of our organization. From running quality assurance on the office snack supply, to monitoring KPIs such as pets per day and cuddle time minimums, his work is never done. Outside of his work with TPP he can be found hanging out with his best friend Joe, stealing shoes, and holding down the couch to make sure it doesn’t move.
Craig joined the TPP team with over 15 years of progressive experience in the IT and enterprise strategy and solution design fields. Upon meeting Craig, it is clear to see that he is a visionary, results-driven, senior technology leader. Through his role with TPP, Craig oversees the IT team and overall development initiatives that drive our comprehensive IT strategy. In addition to his time here with us, Craig is also a sports and fitness nut, having formerly played semi-pro football for the Arizona Wranglers.
Mike displays a proven track record in sales operations and management. He brings vast experience in directing complex initiatives to drive revenue and profitability and re-engineering internal processes for cost reduction and efficiency to our TPP team. Mike’s responsibilities include managing TPP financials, data and sales analytics, budget management, tracking KPIs and beyond. Away from his role with TPP, Mike enjoys diving into new home improvement projects as well as telling the best jokes around!
Angie Luckey-Succes is an award-winning, certified, contact center leader with over 30 years of Customer Service and Call Center operations experience in both the public and private sectors supporting B2B and B2C accounts. Angie holds a B.A. in Business Management from DePaul University, an M.B.A from Purdue University and achieved a Professional in Human Resources Certification from DePaul University. In 2018, Angie received her certification in Contact Center Management from BenchmarkPortal and she also holds a Masterclass Certification in Net Promoter (NPS).
In her spare time, Angie enjoys traveling with family and friends. In addition She collects stand-up Arcade Games (Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Centipede, Donkey Kong and more). She also loves boating, crossword puzzles, swimming and hosting weekend and holiday parties.
