Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | There was a lot of background noise so it was difficult to understand the rep at times during phone conversation. In the confirmation e-mail I asked for a pink blanket and the color is listed as sage green which I detest. I have no idea how to correct this as I’m sure it will never be corrected and is not worth the effort. This is so typical of below standard customer service in all companies now. |
