Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | Terrible audio quality. Couldn't really understand rep. It would be much more beneficial for the rep to begin by explaining why we have been referred to them. Why it is important to connect with them, etc.. I have yet to understand anything she said until it came to, you guessed it, the price! And what and why was I paying? Not really well done at all. Still have not found out how to know where to activate chip. You really get nothing for the "lifetime cost" but that was the only push that was highlighted when I asked for clarification. And don't even get a free name tag... go figure? |
