Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | While getting Roxy, they informed me that we were going to get a call from the AKC to change the name over. They mentioned nothing of a charge. While the customer service rep was very nice and friendly, she really through me off guard when saying that all of this was going to cost. She spoke very fast, and it was my understanding that it was just going to switch my name over as Roxy's new owner. If I could cancel my package order I would and I felt pressured into buying something that wasn't necessary. |
