Requirements:

  • Positive attitude!
  • Ability to work part-time or full-time

  • Can lift up to 45 pounds
  • Able to give and receive daily high fives and motivation from other departments

Responsibilities:

  • Embroidery on various fabrics
  • Packing embroidered items but not limited to
  • Embroidery inventory
  • Maintenance of embroidery machines
  • Various picking and packing duties
  • Quality control
  • Adhere to safety rules
  • Keeping area clean
  • Lifting up to 45 pounds

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone and assisting new puppy owners with completing their new puppy’s official registration
  • Completing registrations of new pets purchased from pet stores
  • Offering licensed products or services to new pet owners
  • Building value in the pet store they purchased their pet from and the products offered

Our Third Party Pet Customer Service team supports pet retailers with customer inquiries so the store can focus on their pets.  If a customer has a question or concern about a pet they took home, from one of our contracted stores, we help with all post-sale questions that may arise.  This team is a fast passed and task oriented group that has an attention to detail like no other department at Third party Pet.  If you are organized, detail oriented and a multi-tasker; this department is for you!

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Professional and empathetic at all times regardless of the situation
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and a proficiency in multitasking
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet/exceed established team

  • Proficient in applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM software

Responsibilities:

  • Regular account maintenance and working directly with store owners to ensure exemplary service
  • Assist customers by answering pet related questions via phone and email.
  • Effectively explain store warranty coverage
  • Review all claim criteria to provide a solution in compliance with the store’s warranty
  • Update store staff and document all customer contact

Our Lead Management Service is one of our newest positions here at Third Party Pet.  We are excited to offer to our clients the ability for our staff to answer incoming phone calls from customers interested in purchasing a new pet.  Most calls are generated from the store’s website and instead of the calls going to the staff inside the store, our team serves as a third party to the store and an extension of their staff.  This service insures that their phone gets answered every time someone calls.  We book appointment for customers to come in a meet a new family member, and ideally take that pet home today!

  • Track all calls and sales of pets to give the pet store a clear view of the success of our program
