Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | Pet store told me everythnig was free no payment required and they were right, but I felt like there was no clarity on the call that things I was being told would be a charge at end of the call. Once we got to end of the call i was told 323.00 but wasnt told for what and it made it sound as I had to pay to get the puppy book, insurance that was already included. It was a very deceptive business practice and the fact I have to call the credit card company to dispute charges and get a refund is ridiculious as well |
