Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | I was pleased with the call made by Third Party Pet to activate my pets registration. The representative spoke clearly-understood English; identified herself and her purpose without inane small-talk; offered straightforward information; addressed my questions as if she knew the answers by heart; and when I declined to purchase all but the basic registration package, she accepted my decision immediately and with respect. Had I the budget to purchase the full package, I would have - simply to reward such an eloquent sales pitch. As it is, I plan to purchase some of the items she mentioned later on, once the dust settles after our Christmas spending. |
