Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | The actual registration process went well once it was finally initiated. However, there was a breakdown somewhere between Puppyspot and Third Party Pet for my puppy - I had to follow up numerous times with Puppyspot before I was able to get a contact from Third Party Pet. when I contact directly the first time, I was told to contact Puppyspot because you didn't have my info, but then when I contacted Puppyspot they told me to contact you. It was finally figured out (never have been told what the real problem was) and all is well now, but it was more difficult to get the process started than it should have been. Otherwise - the actual registration process was easy and helpful. |
