Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | I tried explaining that petland stated that I would not have to pay any transfer fee during this call... and before I could get my entire sentence out interrupted me.. and then changed the fee to something reasonable.. and I attempted to question it.. and she interrupted me once more and wouldn’t let me speak. Her tone was pushy through this moment, but returned to polite attitude after I gave her my card number. Not really impressed with how his phone call went. I would’ve liked her to shut up and listen to what was explained to me before responding. Whatever... I guess she got my $35 anyway because I wanted my dog registered. Wish I could’ve used another business! |
