Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | I was extremely misled about the process. The agent I spoke to led me to believe I was required to pay for many of your services, when the only required portion was already paid for through PuppySpot. I am very disappointed. The price was also extremely high, with a service fee of about $100, if I understood correctly. I hope this process is clarified to future pet owners/clients. |
