Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | I would have liked to have been aware that there was a fee up front. I was initially told this was included in the purchase of our dog and then ended up paying $120+. Further, the $120 was decreased. The initial price quote was over $300, even though she had initially told me that it was included. I had to complain to get the price decreased to what it was. |
