Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | The representative appeared to almost be hiding the fact that what was being presented was an additional cost. Even when asked about it afterwards, she raced through the process almost in an effort to avoid it and minimize the cost. I've trained salespeople for almost 30 years and this one needs some work! |
