Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | I had no idea what I was paying for. Representative did not make ANYTHING clear. I thought I was paying to register him and this was an additional small payment outside of what we paid for him at the store. When she said the total was "three twenty three" I thought that meant $3.23. She talked extremely fast and was matter-of-fact with everything. Did not ASK if I wanted to purchase something and made it seem like I had to make this purchase. Please teach your reps to be very clear and upfront with people they call. Not sure if this rep was just trying to get comp from me or what but was a terrible sight seeing an invoice of $323.99 when I thought it was $3.23 and no idea what "it" was I was even paying for. I called back immediately once I saw the invoice to cancel the transaction and the woman who helped me was different than the first lady I spoke with, and she was EXTREMELY helpful and told me she would get this canceled immediately. Thank you very much to the second lady I spoke with for being so understanding and reversing this charge. |
