Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | I was automatically registered for the $368.24 package without any itemized explanation as to what my options were to purchase. I really only wanted Sophia Grace's official AKC pedigree and lineage, not a blanket, name tag, etc. I had to call back when I discovered this on my own and am currently waiting for a credit of $223.24 as I only wanted these two main items that total $145.00. Very disappointing. Also, although the initial billing came to my e-mail within minutes, the credit has yet to show up--and I called within a couple of hours to make the correction. I would appreciate a follow-through on my credit due. |
