Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? | I am rather displeased. I still have yet to receive the official papers of lineage which was the only reason we paid the extra money we were told we had to pay. When we bought our puppy from puppyland she was not cheap and it came as a surprise when we called the AKC number and were told another fee of $430 was needed due to the fact of our pup being purebred and her type of breed made it cost more to trace her background. Well we wanted to have her all properly papered so we went ahead with it and when our package came all it had in it was a blanket, diary, frame, first aid kit, some decals, her tags and that was it. Oh a leash and collar...no papers. So we waited patiently thinking the paperwork would come separately since they were so expensive and so important maybe they were delivered by certified mail we presumed. Anyhow this was 5 months ago. Still nothing. In addition to this problem which I did call and inquire about right away but it was too soon I was told. In that call I also requested that the name my puppy is under be mine since she is my dog. As well as the email on the account be the one used for the weekly puppy updates. But all to no avail was my request because my roommate continues to get the emails and I do not. Anyways I am calling again next week to try and sort this all out. I also thought we were supposed to get a magazine subscription of some sort and something else but I cannot remember now. $430 is a lot money to pay for what we received, especially after paying $5500 for the puppy. One last note, the gentleman I spoke with despite all my complaints was very kind, patient and courteous on the phone during our call. Have a nice day. |
