Over the course of the next several months Petkey clients can expect business as usual and can continue to reach out to their current points of contact. Clients will receive the same monthly billing charges, now through the Third Party Pet billing system. Additionally, previous automatic payments and agreements may need to be re-authorized with Third Party Pet. A client service representative will reach out directly with further details if needed.
